  • Our jewelry company ships domestically within the USA via USPS small priority flat rate for orders of up to 2 items.

  • We cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates.

  • If changes need to be made to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • For defective or incorrect orders, please send us your order number and a photo of the issue to info@blisscojewelry.com.


Returns

  • Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide us with tracking information.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of engraved or monogrammed products, earrings used during a piercing appointment, or gift cards.

  • If a set is being returned, all pieces must be returned as a complete set.
