Our jewelry company ships domestically within the USA via USPS small priority flat rate for orders of up to 2 items.
We cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates.
If changes need to be made to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.
For defective or incorrect orders, please send us your order number and a photo of the issue to info@blisscojewelry.com.
Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide us with tracking information.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of engraved or monogrammed products, earrings used during a piercing appointment, or gift cards.
If a set is being returned, all pieces must be returned as a complete set.
